The sales guy picks and chooses who he wants to help. The minute I walked in I could tell he didn’t seem interested in helping me. He tried to say he couldn't provide a service he clearly does because of the reviews. He tried to “help me” by telling me how to restart my phone yet he couldn’t provide the service. Worst customer service. Just review the reviews and you will see who he chooses to help.
