I would give zero stars if I could. The man working in the store was extremely rude, condescending and not helpful what so ever. We went in with a microphone problem. Have been three times in the past 4 months to repair one iPhone 14 Pro. I’ve had this phone for a few years and no issues. Went in bc of some water damage- first time having any issue with this phone. Guy “repaired” the screen with a non apple screen charges me 175 and sends me on my way. Less than a week later the screen is completely malfunctioning again after I turned it off due to the touch screen not even working. Crooks and scammers. You get what you pay for and what you are paying for is a $5-$10 fragile screen from China. They claim the screen comes with a warranty but as soon as the screen is cracked. The warranty is voided. They know these screens are going to crack easily so they try to upsell you with a $40 screen protector. Came in last month and paid $90 in cash for screen.
