My experience, and my wife’s, was horrible. We first went to get a screen protector installed on my wife’s phone, and when they gave it back, it had bubbles and was clearly poorly applied. When we asked about it, they said the bubbles would go away after a while, but they never did. I also took the opportunity to replace one of the camera lens covers on my iPhone that had cracked. So i went in there tonight wanting to get the battery replaced in my phone. I already had a replacment one. I couldnt unscrew the first screw. As the guy is switching it out he says to me “so you thought you could fix it” and “what made you think you could fix it” and then laughed at me. I had an injury a few years back that left me with long lasting affects. I dont have much strength in my arms. Will not be going back
Horrible! Do not go here! They took a deposit for a part that was supposed to be ordered for an IPad repair. Subsequently, I’ve been calling to find out if the part was ordered and no one picks up the phone for two days. I called from a different number 5 MINUTES after my last attempt, and they picked up. The guy was lost about what I was calling about at first and then when I told him I left a deposit to have the part ordered, he said they would order it today (three days after I paid the deposit).
