My experience at the shop started out a little rough, but we were able to work together to get my boyfriend‘s phone fixed. When we originally got the phone fixed, we had went with the cheaper option for the screen replacement, but the phone rejected the screen (wonky Wi-Fi connectivity, disrupted phone calls, no messages in or out, navigation system not working). DO NOT.... GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY KIND OF REPAIRS!!! About two months ago, my boyfriend came to your store to get a cracked screen fixed. After getting the phone back, his phone is super laggy, doesn't connect to wifi, messages don't send, calls don't go through, I can go on. Your staff said because its not an Apple Original screen, that the phone was rejecting it. My thing is, if you know the phone will reject the screen, why would you put it on there? I had a great experience here. I came in after having issues with my phone and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest about what needed to be done. They replaced my battery and camera and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I left. The service was fast, the price was fair, and they treated me with respect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing phone repairs.
DO NOT SHOP here nor get ANY REPAIRS!!! I sent in my MacBook for repair from water damage. They informed me it could be repaired. They quoted a price and I paid a deposit. Later on they stated they were waiting a on part in order to complete the repair. I waited and never heard from them.
