Customer Service seems like a lost art nowadays, many company’s making promises they just don’t keep. My experience today with ifixandrepair was a refreshing change of pace. I came I with a severely cracked iPad Pro screen. I walked backed out looking like it was just purchased from Apple brand new. Izzat, thank you for your top notch service. I 100% advise staying clear of this establishment if you're looking to repair anything on a tablet. They told me my tablet repair it would take two days. It wind up being over three weeks because The first guy messed up the paste on the motherboard while he was replacing a battery. We played phone tag, and got many excuses for the delays.
