I thought a cracked screen and they ordered me a replacement, when I got there they said that it didn't need replacing as it the screen protector which I never realised was on there. IFix were so honest, they could have replaced the screen and I wouldn't have been any the wiser, they happily fitted a new screen protector Thank you IFix, I would definitely recommend and certainly go back if I need anything
