Will never use this phone shop again!!! My daughter locked herself out of her phone so just needed unlocking which at other shops cost me £10 when happened previously. Tried txting me telling me he had to completely reinstall the os and loads of other rubbish when all he had to do was factory reset the phone. Told me £30, then proceeded to txt again and tell me it would be £40 which I told him absolutely not I had already been overcharged and he'd claimed to do things I'd never asked him to do.
