Dropped off a Meta Quest pro with a controller that wouldn’t turn on just before September 2025 I asked roughly how long the process would take with the sales lady as I had a VR itch at that time so if they came back with a long timeline I’d just go out and get the quest 3 but if it was going to be a quick process I’d just wait for the headset to get done.
