Had my phone for two weeks and still they haven't repaired it, taking it elsewhere. WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN. DON'T ANSWER PHONE CALLS OR TEXTS, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
In 45 minutes I saved a tonne of money having my battery replaced rather than buying an upgraded phone. My iPhone is as good as new now with a long charge and they even threw in a free screen protector which I was so grateful for. Friendly, efficient, fast, great communication. I was over the moon. Fantastic service. My son’s i-phone needed a new battery and screen and my other son’s phone had a charging port issue. The service we received was fantastic, Sophie went truly above and beyond with her service to us.
I can't speak highly enough about this business. Having visited a competitor in Shanklin I was told my phone needed a brand new charging point which would cost between 50 and 70 pounds. They didn't have the part in stock so I thought I'd try somewhere else as I needed my phone ASAP. I phoned Ifix Ryde and popped in to see them. It turned out it just needed a clean...took 15 minutes and was as good as new...they even threw in a free charger so i had some battery life before i got the train home. 20 pounds as opposed to 70?
