I needed a new battery for my iPhone and while doing the repair he broke the screen of the phone causing a bright dead pixel line to always be present. I've never had this happen before with other repairs and it was due to his negligence. After breaking my screen when I came to him for a battery replacement he told me if I wanted my screen replaced it would cost me $100. Very rude. NEW UPDATE AS OF TODAY:: Horrible!!!!! Will not be using their services anymore whatsoever. Horrible attitude. After my phone was fixed, my phone started doing all sorts of glitches on its own. I texted the company about the issue and the company wanted more money whereas the issue didn’t start until “AFTER” THEY fixed it. I told the company via text, that I just had my phone recently fixed.
