I went to iFix Falkirk with my iPhone 16 Pro due to green screen flickering after a drop. There were no cracks on the front or back. I was quoted £110 for a 20-minute screen replacement. After the repair, the phone immediately began overheating, the battery drained rapidly, and I received a warning that non-Apple parts had been used (this was never mentioned beforehand).
