I went in for a simple screen crack repair and have been back about 6 times at this point… the owners are kind enough but aren’t taking responsibility for the issues with my phone. I just got these alerts now after it spent the day at the shop with them and I was given it back and was told “nothing is wrong with it, it was fine for us all day” it’s clearly NOT fine. They replaced my wife’s cracked iPhone screen perfectly in one day—no glitches since. Swapped my dead MacBook battery, and it runs like new. Once, they cleaned a corroded charging port for free while we waited. Zero issues ever. They’re the kindest locals, always giving back to the community. True gems—highly recommend!
Went in a few weeks ago for a battery change on my iphone, after the battery change my phone start lagging and running slow, 2 weeks go by nothing changed so I got to the apple store get a new battery but come to find out they switched out my original screen for a bottom tier replica/replacement screen and that was the cause of my phone running slowly mind you i never had work done on the iphone prior to battery change
I have used this business multiple times for multiple issues. They have fixed broken screens, replaced batteries, and applied screen protectors. Every time they have gone above and beyond my expectations. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything and I trust them completely. I have even had issues that they couldn’t fix and they looked at it and were up front and honest and didn’t charge for looking at it. I could not recommend this business more. If you need ANY work done on your phone-go here!
