I’ve been having issues with charging my iPhone for about a month now. I finally went in to see if there’s anything that could be done to fix it. The gentleman told me he could clean out the charging port, it’ll be done in two minutes, and it’s free. After he finished, he told me he has a specialty tool to clean out charging ports and he’s been fixing phones for 15 years. I was so grateful; this saved me a lot of money and time. Husband went in for a new battery for his cell phone. Awesome service and comfortable waiting area.
Would give 0 stars if possible. I dropped off my MacBook Air around 3 MONTHS AGO and it has still not been fixed. The only time I receive any sort of update is when I CALL the owner. He then always responds with "oh I was just about to call you. I can give you an update by the end of the day" and then I NEVER hear back from him. I WANT MY MACBOOK AIR RETURNED TO ME NOW.
