I’ve used IFC Mortgage three time since 2017. The first two experiences were awesome. The third was a nightmare. While the nightmare wasn’t IFC Mortgage’s fault, their response was horrible. When it was over, I called Brian to address my concerns. Brian said he had to call me back mid-converstion. That callback never came. Brian is a fair-weather lender, buyer beware.
