The owner is awesome. I managed to break the LCD on my iPhone 13 Mini when I replaced the battery myself, and not only did he have my very uncommon screen in stock, he was able to fix it in 20 minutes! He talked me through what was broken, fixed it right in front of me, and tested the haptic feedback as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the price, the service, and his pleasant demeanor. I’m absolutely going to come back if I need any more help.
Fixed my screen in less than 15 minutes.
Asked to take a look at the battery and they ended up breaking the backglass it felt intentional. Then they broke the replacement part TWICE and I ended up with a different color backglass. Can’t even trade the damn phone now. Uses CHEAP parts. Don’t recommend.
They guessed it was a battery issue with my phone but if it wasn’t he’d still charge $40 for trying. I went elsewhere and found it wasn’t a battery issue. I would’ve ended up paying this guy $40 for a paperweight. I do appreciate his honesty about how expensive data recovery places are. This may not be YOUR protocol, but it was your employee that said it would be $40 to open the phone.
The owner is responsive and very knowledgeable. He provided us several options and was able to quickly repair my phone. Highly recommend!
