Their team did zero due diligence. Told me I had to sell a position for our company 401k. I clearly did not have too once the transfer was done. We moved from Schwab to TD Ameritrade. I had a tough experience with iFam, and afterwards I got a personalized call from Bryce. I really apprecited his level are care, and not being defensive like many people can be in 2020. I hate the state of the world and the lack of taking responsibility, but Bryce did that and it speaks volumes to me as a consumer. 5 star service.
