Customer Complaint After requesting a quote for services, it took almost 2 months to get the finish product. When picked up it was found that some items were incorrect with either missing parts or parts that were not on the order. The quote sheet was not completely read by the sales dept and mis-quoted on the first try. In addition the quoted pricing was one quarter of the actual cost.
