I will only shop at Idzior from now on. Back in 2019 we purchased what we thought would be our “forever” furniture from Mary at Idzior. And we loved it! Fast forward to one month ago… our ceiling collapsed unexpectedly and everything needed to be replaced. We of course went back to Idzior went in while we were waiting for the insurance pay out just to look around. Idzoir Furniture just delivered my uplifting recliner! I'm a senior citizen and had a difficult time getting out of my old recliner. the new one is a "lift" recliner that has made getting out of the chair incredibly easy! The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out all of the features of the chair and it sold itself! The deliverymen removed the old chair and setup the new one in a matter of minutes! I had the greatest experience with Idzidor furniture… I bought two pieces of furniture, a sectional couch and a maple island for my Kitchen… Both very high-quality furniture, very pleased with both of them… My experience from start to finish was very professional… And the guys that delivered my furniture, Eric and Shawn We’re very we’re very careful and did a great job delivering and setting up my furniture. All in all a great quality experience… Very pleased…
After much shopping, we decided to visit Idzior Furniture. To put it bluntly, we have been VERY impressed. While shopping, our numerous questions were answered without any pressure to make a purchase. But we did buy and have been very pleased with their timeliness and professionalism shown. We did have one minor production issue, which was promptly addressed. Eric did a great job of keeping in touch and showing up when scheduled....on time!
