The absolute worst company on planet earth. When you try to cancel their horrible service THEY WONT LET YOU . You first have to state your intention. THEN after three weeks you must call them back to tell them again . THEN they START. The four week procedure of disconnection. It's " for your own good to make sure you are making the correct decision." In addition - I moved and it was theeecweeks without phone service until verizon rescued me. These people are the absolute worst . RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! This is one bad company
