(1) Stop billing me for a disconnected account. (2) Provide a real number for live customer representative, not just a recording that says I have reached an unassigned number. My impressions of this company were positive until I disconnected service that I no longer needed. Unacceptable that I cannot speak to a live person about this billing error (I'll give you the benefit of the doubt).
