Outstanding crew and workmanship! IDS does great work
I called Jean from IDS and then spoke with the owner Rob regarding a repair on some outdoor speakers. They sent someone to assess the situation followed by 2 technicians to do the work. Jean in the office was AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE and Rob was on top of my repair. IDS is amazing to deal with, the technicians are VERY knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up beautifully when they completed the job. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!
Excellent service! Louie was amazing and did a great job coming in and making sure my entire system was up and running and explained everything to me. Will continue to work with them in the future!
