Contact IDROPPED it when my Google pixel battery wasn't holding charge. Discussed the problem, quote was given (not over priced), parts ordered and paid for repair within half hour. Due to my availability with shifts we arranged a suitable date and time for myself. Engineer text me to say he was on his way and even sent a photo of his sat nav for an ETA. Once arrived the repair took approximately 20min and the engineer even give my device a clean to remove all fingerprints and dirt. Very happy customer 👍🏻

If so could give 10 stars I would... and the rest! I couldn’t be more impressed with the service here, I needed my laptop screen fixed and was given a really reasonable price for both the part and the fitting. There was a lot of back and forth (my fault entirely, well my bfs but there we are) but he was soooo patient and helpful throughout. Amazing service from iDropped it this morning. Clear & consistent information during the process of ordering and replacing the battery in my Google Pixel phone.
