We rented a car from here in February. It was competitively priced, but the real reason for adding this review was the customer service from Ana. We can not praise her enough. She is efficient, professional, smart, polite and funny. What’s not to like? Thanks Ana. From Jo and Andrew.

I called spoke to a young lady over the phone and she told me that they close at 6 I told her I was coming but when I got there at 4:24pm no one was there called the number and a man was disrespectful to me hung up on me

I literally had one of the best customer service experiences of my life, with Ana at the desk at the Allure Hotel in Orlando. She was very welcoming, attentive, and efficient, and I knew right away that everything would be taken care of for me. She asked me everything that I needed, and offered the different options that would serve me the best.
