Has been a nightmare getting in touch. The agent informed they are a call centre and can just get the message through for someone in Australia to get through. Keep going in circle back and forth emails and calls and no one to give me just a guidance on how to proceed. It is a shame and DEI informed that the only option is to go through IDP and there are no other companies! This is totally a business and so wrong to force you to choose only IDP. This should be looked at by the authorities. It is so wrong
Got my visa granted through the help of Ate Mica Gaamad and the migration team. I reached out to Ate Mica as she was referred by a colleague, citing a positive experience. I had a consultation with her and she properly explained everything, and answered my questions.
