i had a great experience for my first class there. the instructor Shari was great! Good bilingual class, very easy to follow. Changing rooms are super nice and clean, as was the rest of the studio. -1 star just because the entry way / waiting area is all combined into 1 area and it’s a bit small and not very zen.

l’expérience a été décevante. L’accueil était rude, aucune explication ni service pour un essai gratuit. Le cours était surchargé et mal adapté pour les débutants. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.
