Not accommodating, especially my first time coming to this location and was a couple of minutes late (which I take accountability for). Staff is rude and not welcoming. Bad customer service.
Disappointed in my first experience at this location. Made sure to leave early to make it a few minutes before, unfortunately life happens and ended up taking a wrong turn therefore ended up being a few minutes. I called to ask if it was okay as i read the policy and the girl told me to still come. Once arrived, does not even greet me and just tells me that the instructor locked the door and there’s nothing to do.
