Im going on week 3 with no benefits. I had been receiving benefits and now nothing. In 2 more weeks time I will lose almost everything. I uploaded a W2, Drivers License, Bank Statement and Util bill. I removed the freeze from my credit report temporarily. I've gotten no response from contacting help. It never goes from more than a 5 hour wait. Only once did it go down to a 2 hour wait and literally went back to more than 5 hour wait while I was waiting. This is awful and so unfair. It's like we are being ghost.
