Jess offers treatments unlike other therapists. Very professional and does a great session.
I’ve had both a massage and a facial at Idlewild, and truly, each experience has been so lovely. The space is calming and thoughtfully put together, and the moment you walk in you feel at ease and well cared for. I’ve been seeing Jess for reflexology on my feet for a few years and tried her reflexology & facial for the first time and it was incredible. Beautiful, locally sourced natural products. It was the perfect addition to my appointment. Picture a massage through the neck and face and pressure points while you get a facial, and your traditional foot reflexology. I left on a cloud, and super relaxed. Highly recommend. Jess is such a lovely human who really cares about her clients and their experience.
Jess and Pat are both amazing practitioners! They have such a calming presence to them, you’ll leave feeling like a new person. Just saw Jess for her facial/massage service and she demonstrated a few minutes of her craniosacral therapy, which I look forward to booking in for. Cozy studio and nice to have these services right in the neighbourhood!
I just came from Idlewild health studio and what an amazing place! I had the facial reflexology and sacral cranial. It was more than I expected. it was a facial massage like I’ve never had before. It was definitely a 10 out of 10. I even booked my next treatment it was that great. So if you’re thinking of treating yourself.. just say yes… you will not regret it.
