It’s always a pleasure to visit Idlewild. The clothes are gorgeous, the environment is so pleasant and relaxing and the staff is beyond amazing. Truly a wonderful place to purchase your next outfit.
One of my favorite shops in the world. Always a great selection of smalller less known international brands combined with support for local artist and designers. It's more like a community than a store.
I love so many things at this store! Plus they arrived SO quickly! I loved the earrings and the purse…. Ooooo. It is gorgeous!
Experienced bad customer service 11/8 afternoon. Walked around entire store 15 mins, and (2) sales associates looked directly at me and was silent. Finally, as I was about to leave, "can I help you"? Explained to the associate, "how I was not acknowledged". Responsed "Sorry we are busy preparing for a Event". Mindful, there was only 1 other customer that was in the dressing room. Love the Rodebjar indigo Eileen denim pants. Unfortunately, the Andrea Ya’qov black elastic waist pants though beautiful, are so oversize that I can’t wear them, and can’t return them because they are final sale - a real drawback of buying on-line, can’t try on clothes.
