Horrible customer service that includes lying about the provenance of a purse I purchased from them online. I just want to say these ladies are some of the best I've encountered when it comes to customer service and they can definitely relate when it comes to high fashion and giving advice on style. They are so kind and patient and that's the kind of service that makes clients want to buy the products you sell.
