I love so many things at this store! Plus they arrived SO quickly! I loved the earrings and the purse…. Ooooo. It is gorgeous!
Experienced bad customer service 11/8 afternoon. Walked around entire store 15 mins, and (2) sales associates looked directly at me and was silent. Finally, as I was about to leave, "can I help you"? Explained to the associate, "how I was not acknowledged". Responsed "Sorry we are busy preparing for a Event". Mindful, there was only 1 other customer that was in the dressing room. Love the Rodebjar indigo Eileen denim pants. Unfortunately, the Andrea Ya’qov black elastic waist pants though beautiful, are so oversize that I can’t wear them, and can’t return them because they are final sale - a real drawback of buying on-line, can’t try on clothes.
If I was rich, I’d shop here exclusively! Obsessed with everything in this store, from Margiela to the ceramics. A gorgeous store with beautiful pieces but what truly made our experience spectacular was Joey, our stylist (hehe!) was THE BEST - very personable, knowledgeable, and made us feel so comfortable and we just had a good time playing dress up and buying very expensive trousers lol🩵
Tessa and her crew are AMAZING! Idlewild carries unique pieces and only one of every size which is something I love because you’re not going to see everyone on the street wearing it. It’s very size inclusive. The stylists are so helpful and sweet. Definitely check out Idlewild if you want to have a feel-good, memorable shopping experience.
