Idle Times Bike Shop Inc opened its doors in 1981 in the Town Center Plaza in N. Eastham, MA. The original owners were Donald and his father, Harold Watson. Their vision was to operate Idle Times as a family-friendly bike store. They successfully operated several locations for twenty-five years along the bike trails on the Cape. Girlfriend and I brought our bikes for a “tune up”. 90$ and a full day later a very rude blonde high school kid brought our bikes out from the back and kept subtly asking for the money as we inspected them. We had no involvement with owner or management whatsoever. Bring your bikes elsewhere, poor customer service here! Definitely won’t go back.
Very serviceminded and knowledgeable staff. A pleasure to rent bikes here. Recommended!!!
