Their India Office is not doing good, according to the market Intertek, ICEA, GCL, and GSCS are better, we are chasing one of the employees for over 15-20 days for our pending TCs but unable to get it. It's already been 40-45 days from the applied date, currently, we know there is too much workload, but after repeated requests, we are unable to get our work done. They need to improve their customer service.
