"I have given a 1-star rating to the IDFC Saket Branch. In my experience, private banks usually provide high-quality customer service; however, after my visit today (09/02/2026 at 1:00 PM), I am speechless. There is currently no difference between a government bank and IDFC. Whenever I visit this branch to deposit cash, the executives almost always claim they are facing 'server issues' and tell me they cannot accept the deposit, suggesting I go to the nearest alternative branch instead.
