Poor customer service, unhelpful staff, Disappointed experience
The worst Idfc bank ever the staff here is soo poor in service just warning you guys don’t open any account here or you will regret it
its been months mr aasif and then komal bhatt i am trying to degrade the account its taking months to do so so as i called and mailed idfc head office then they escalated the process , they dont listen for one process sometimes they dont have the paper sometimes ink pad the branch is way too insufficient to resolve any issue for the customer side i hope this review reached to the branch manager so as to idfc head office
The bank is very ineffective for every process only on opening account they are fast otherwise they just keep on delaying the process
