Worst bank service staff are really uneducated
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the branch. The staff appear to be poorly trained and lack adequate knowledge of the bank's products and services. I visited the branch on 3 July to open an Honour First Account. However, due to the staff's lack of product knowledge, they opened a regular savings account instead. When I noticed the error, I contacted the branch on 4 July. I was assured that a staff member would visit me on 6 July to rectify the issue and open the correct account.
