I heard that IDFC is a growing bank and developing at a better rate and thus i went to this branch and despite asking that we need to open the current account ASAP the staff whose name is Aarti Told us that she will be visiting in half hour to our office and she didn’t called nor she recieved our calls and we waited whole evening and now after two days they send a staff named Mohd Shabbir who comes and says you don’t have these documents you are already into another business. I have my current account in this branch All staffs members don't take responsibility only tells you rules and regulations.
It's a shame to call idfc a bank. Very poor service. For any issue you have to chess them 1000 times then also they won't resolve the issue.
