Wonderful experience
I am facing major issues with the trade and forex services at IDFC Bank. Simple tasks like an IEC update are taking over 7 days, and a single shipment took 20 days to process because the staff lacks proper knowledge of trade desk operations. As a business owner, I cannot afford such long turnaround times. Please expedite my pending requests and ensure my account is handled by a team that understands trade regulations.
This branch is worst in IDFC bank. My family members tried to withdraw cash 3 times but they reject the request all time citing different reason like network not available, waiting 1 hour. Whats the point of anywhere banking if I can't withdraw our onw money on required time. IDFC BANK please improve this branch operations.
I am idfc account holder, so wanted to get forex card from them. But staff just kept pushing credit cards and on couldn’t provide forex. Very disappointing
