Extremely disappointed!! Doesn't even have basic facilities. No parking space. Everytime one has to park randomly on street side and police will trap you immediately by putting the locks. You have bribe police min 1000 rs to unlock the wheels. Useless bank with useless facilities.

I strongly advise everyone to think 10 times before opening an account at IDFC First Bank – Radish Peth Branch. The most shocking part is the branch's irresponsible attitude. Every time I visit or call, they simply say, "This is Head Office issue, we cannot do anything." If the branch cannot support customers during problems, then what is the purpose of having a branch? No proper explanation. No written clarification. No timeline. No accountability.
