Very disappointing experience with this branch. We maintain 5 Private Limited company accounts with IDFC FIRST Bank, yet the level of service provided is extremely poor. We requested some basic account-related changes more than 1.5 months ago, and the issue is still unresolved. The Branch Manager keeps giving assurances and delaying the matter instead of providing a proper resolution.
