I have NRE and NRO account here in this branch and honestly i m regretting after opening the account. It is completely scam, zero support on query ,no response in emergency cases. If you're in abroad and something happened with your banking account you will be completely stuck. Zero support. Better to Open account with other banks, dont trap in fancy ads.
Third class service they are not ready to make DD MY CURRENT ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK EVERY TIME THEY SAID WE HAVE WORK WE CANT MAKE DD GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH THAN WHY THIS BRACH IS OPEN IF THEY DONT WANT TO DO WORK IN MY OPINION CLOSE THIS BRANCH BY IDFC VERY POOR SERVICE.
