Spacious branch. Courteous people. Little busy branch, so takes time, which is understandable.
Worst customer service I have experienced in terms of banking. I closed my account from regional bank (SVC) because I had liked IDFC mobile app but after dealing with IDFC at this branch I realized customer service matters more. I closing my IDFC (within a month) to move back to SVC
Extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism at IDFC FIRST Bank. In September 2025, I initiated an outward remittance of ₹10 lakh to my US broking account. I provided the bank with the official wire instructions exactly as received from my broker. Despite this, the bank processed the transaction with incorrect beneficiary details, resulting in the remittance being returned. Very professional staff, especially Mr Pravin Dalvi who helped me get what I needed without any issues
I took a loan from this bank and the experience has been deeply disappointing, particularly regarding transparency and charges. From the very beginning, I was not informed about the complete processing charges at the time of loan disbursement. When I raised this concern, I was simply told it would be addressed later and given a casual apology — which is unacceptable. My EMI of ₹3,700 was due on June 3rd.
