Terribly unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment at 1:00 p.m. and when I get there at 12:45, there's a sign on the door showing that they won't return until 1:30 p.m. Mind you, I had to take off of work to make the appointment in the first place.
Terrible. Not a professional operation. Pick a different location.
Horrible service, very rude will be reporting the whole staff.
