Fast , easy and simple
I’m here for my appointment and it’s closed.
Please, please, please if you need fingerprints DO NOT go to the Gen DeGaulle location. The absolute worst. Needless to say my fingerprints were sent and she provided the receipt so I’m thinking I’m good. Later that day the HR department advised the prints were rejected. Had to reschedule but I’m going to another location.
Went on a Saturday because Google had them open, but everyday was a wrong time except Sunday (which they were already listed as closed). Submitted an update to the hours. Hope this helps others needing their services.
Terribly unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment at 1:00 p.m. and when I get there at 12:45, there's a sign on the door showing that they won't return until 1:30 p.m. Mind you, I had to take off of work to make the appointment in the first place.
