I’m a casual runner, typically about 4 miles a day. I was having bad right hip and back issues for months that just wouldn’t stay away. It used to warm up about a mile in, then eventually got to a point where it wouldn’t go away and make me stop running. ID PT gave me a plan to get rid of it and keep it away so I’m back running without issues. If you’re around Livingston Roseland you gotta come here if you love to run!
Best PT ever!! Originally Had pain in knee, which went away after multiple sessions. Came back to address pain in my neck which now has gone away. Joe works with you one on one, you have his full attention for the entire session. I do CrossFit and very active so no pain is very important. I’m also 60 years old and I’m able to stay active thanks to Joe. I highly recommend you coming here!
Working with Joe has been instrumental in my fitness journey. I went from dealing with constant pain in my left foot/calf to being completely pain free. I’ve become a better runner and able to push myself in fitness classes without issue. Would recommend to anyone who is invested in fitness dealing with any pain. Thanks Joe
I started seeing Dr Joe for upper back/ shoulder pain. It was painful to do anything overhead in workouts. I’m happy to say I’m pain free and training for my next Hyrox race. He doesn’t just treat pain, he gets to the root of what is causing it and corrects that. He truly cares about his patients and pays attention to every single detail. He’s truly amazing!
ID PT saved me! I’m a runner who just finished the Chicago Marathon and now training for Berlin and was having serious Achilles issues that took me out of training. I tried everything, would feel better and it would flare back up once I started running. I decided it was time to finally invest in my health instead of trying to do it by myself. After a month I’m back to running and wishing I did this so much sooner! ID PT is the best and I’d recommend for anyone with pain running in Essex county!
