Frustrating. Contacted for information about replacing a laminator motor. Sent message via email. Owner stated message wasn't received. Forwarded original message to owner and got a quick response that time. Placed order for motor, received nothing. Contacted company they said order was never placed. Placed order a second time by calling and directly talking to receptionist. Still no part.
