I wouldn't use any other upholsterer. Perri really cares about customer satisfaction and the quality of her work. She takes pride in ensuring every detail is meticulously attended to--a true professional who restored my faith in the upholstery business. I highly recommend this upholsterer!
I couldn't be happier with the work I had done! I had a dining room set that no longer fit the color scheme of my great room. The owner went far beyond expectations by searching for a fabric that not only fit but worked well with the fabric on my couch, tying the whole room together. She even provided accent pillows for the couch to complete the look. Her work is fantastic.
What a shame "anonymous" feels too guilty to disclose his name. I have seen this lady's work and it is fabulous! From beautiful furniture to artisticly designed motorcycle seats. She recovered the seat of my Honda Fatcat, having to replace and reshape the foam padding. Sometimes you can't tell what is necessary until you get into or uncover the piece, but whatever comes up, she is quite capable of handling it. Do NOT go to IDEAS HAPPENING. I had a very bad experience. I had this lady reuhpolster a motorcycle seat for me recently. When I dropped it off, I asked if it could be done in 10 or 11 days (should have been plenty of time) and she said sure. She didn't have it done for 3 WEEKS! And to top it all off she charged me MORE than what she quoted me when I dropped it off. If that wasn't bad enough, the job she did was less then satisfactory.
