I have tried many weight loss diets with some success, but Ideal You is the one that has worked the best. For me it was because you could see the scale move (downward ) every day ( or sometimes every other day)- which was very motivating. The staff at the Ann Arbor (MI) office are great -they are friendly and are available to you whenever you need them. Feeling great and thankful for this program!
Great program with even better coaches that are there for you. This is a straight forward program that if you are willing to do the work it will work for you.
