I have worked with Pete for 6 months now and am very happy with my results. It took me no time at all to lose the weight and I've been able to keep it off. Pete is very knowledgeable and I feel confident that I have the tools and information to maintain my weight and make healthy choices.
Not to sound cliché at all but this honestly works, when nothing at all has in the past. Pete is absolutely amazing and takes a true interest in your journey. He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Pete is an amazing coach, he's extremely knowledgeable and always there to help you meet your goals. The plan is extremely effective and I feel great overall. The office is warm and welcoming which makes the weekly weigh-ins something to look forward to.
I just love coach Pete!! He is amazing! I wish I would have found him years ago! I have lost 30 pounds so far!!! So surprised how it just seems to “melt off”.
