Have been on this program for a while. Have lost 160 pounds. Easy protocol to follow, good food, great coaches and love the cooking classes.
i lost 160 pounds. i started at 307 pounds and went down to 147 pounds in 54 weeks. the coaches are wonderful. they're are there for me day and night. they have a great support system. the food they offer is very good. it taught me to have a different relationship with food.

I highly recommend Ideal Protein through Ideal Weight and Wellness. I have lost over 100 lbs. I feel healthier and I am able to do things to the degree that I have always wanted. No diet is ever easy, but this is the easiest one I have ever done. It works!!!
