This program has been awesome. I started in May and love the ideal food and the trainers. I also deal with lactose intolerance along with other dietary concerns. The trainer I have found me compatible foods from the beginning and it led to my success. This is a real easy way to change your eating habits and move ahead.
Fantastic program! The food is tasty, Malia is awesome and most important - the program works!! They take all the guess work out which makes it a less stressful way to lose weight. You just follow the plan and watch the changes. I also loved that I kept my muscle tone - which told me I was losing fat and not muscle.
Very excited to have a restart at the Northborough clinic. Very nice, extremely professional always available to answer questions. ��
I started ideal back in October and I have to say this is the best program. I work with malia who is absolutely amazing at what she does . She really puts her heart into keeping you motivated and on plan . I have lost almost 70 lbs and feeling amazing I have alittle but more to go but a great thing they have going
