Although staff is kind-heated, Ideal Protein full protocol is amazing and most effective when a clinic sticks to what is expected of them, but this clinic - Ideal Weigh-loss Kelowna- cares more about selling product, than it does about the client who is dangerously at risk if not conforming to protocol. Head to a clinic that supports protocol, to keep your life at best interest vs cheating, and paying for it.
I’ve tried all kinds of diets and exercise routines to lose weight. Ideal Protein is the only thing that works for me. The weekly weigh-ins, support and accountability with Linda and Garth are game changers.
