And that is sometimes helped by brief returns to the IP protocol to restart. Mary Ann could not be more supportive and helpful, also knowledgeable. She supervises with wisdom and care. I am a remote client, so she posted the products to me and met with me weekly on the phone. So that works, too!

Mary Ann and Ideal Weight Loss helped me transform my body. Started in April and by September was below my goal, which was 58lbs and the weight I was when I got married in 2002. Mary Ann was supportive throughout the process and still keeps tab on me as go through the maintaining processes.
