Mary Ann and Ideal Weight Loss helped me transform my body. Started in April and by September was below my goal, which was 58lbs and the weight I was when I got married in 2002. Mary Ann was supportive throughout the process and still keeps tab on me as go through the maintaining processes. The Ideal Weight Loss program worked great and along with a change in mind set about food, really has set me up for success.
