Just began 3rd experience with IWL. Very pleased. However I note that the initial info sheet and Phase recording books have not changed in 3 years. Do franchises send client statistics/info in so that you can make "upgrades" as necessary in order to not remain stagnant. All businesses make improvements. Thanks

I’ve been on this program for two weeks and I love it - it’s easy, I don’t have to think about anything, and the food is surprisingly reeeaaaalllllyyy good. Kristie is amazing and encouraging! She is very responsive with any questions I have and gives great food suggestions. If you want to lose the weight and not worry about counting points, or carbs, or macros, this is the program for you!!
