It was an easy and stress free process. Great pricing and customer service. Quick responses and amazing service. The installers were respectful, friendly and did a great job. I definitely recommend them. They also offer military discount which is awesome, and we are grateful.
Great granite, but pricey. First time dealing them the experience was good but pricey. Shopped there for granite and tile for the kitchen in my new home, and it’s seems they don’t want my business. I was buying today. When I went to go take a second look at the piece I wanted I was unable to because the yard was closed. In addition, when asking about tile, I had to beg her to show me tile. Great showroom of tile.
There’s no reason to go anywhere else. We used Ideal Tile 10 years ago for our kitchen remodel and when it was time to get a backsplash for our new townhome, they were our choice. We stopped at other places first…what a waste of time that was! Ideal has a huge inventory, and their team is patient, very knowledgeable and expert when it comes to design. They even advised our tile guy when he hit a snag during installation. Ask for Michelle - she is great and really knows her stuff!
We now have a remodeled bathroom that looks like a high-end spa thanks to Michele for guiding us. The selection of materials could have been overwhelming, there are so many beautiful products. Everyone we dealt with at ideal tile was super helpful.
