Mixed experiences. We did a small home project and were satisfied. When we went back for a bigger project, our experience was different. Ask upfront about surcharges and return policy details. Unanswered emails, rude responses, and blaming our contractor who recommended them for lack of clarity on their part was unprofessional.
I have been using ideal tile for 30 years maybe even more I don’t know because my father-in-law used to use them. Walked in there with my son who is a mechanic and I’m a gardener and the man behind the desk would not give us the time a day. I asked if Mike or Tyson was there and he told me they no longer work there optimistically I thought maybe he would help us but he did not. He was no help whatsoever at all. I can’t thank Tile Loft and their staff, Marco, and Fran, enough for all their help in making my vision for our master bathroom and my kids bathroom a reality!!! From how efficient their staff is in pointing me in the right direction, making picking the perfect tile so easy, and making sure that the extra tile I ordered came directly to my house within 24 hours to keep my contractor on schedule! Very happy to have worked with Mike and Ideal Tile of Freehold. They were informative and patient throughout the consultation portion, and Mike's recommendations were helpful and appreciated. The installation and subsequent follow-up was also stellar, with minor snafus (missing faceplate to heated floor thermostat) resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Mike went above and beyond our expectations and answered every questions we threw at him but most importantly left us with a beautiful looking bathroom - thanks Mike!
