I had the worst experience with Danielle. I tried to explain to her about my apartment who was charging me regarding the way the apartment was left. I've disputed a charge from an old apartment. I had to leave 2 months early, due to COVID, listing job, etc. I had an agreement with the management (Emails to prove it) that I could pay the remaining 1 month and be done. They turned around and charged me for 4 months. It drops off my report & then gets back on. 5.5yrs later it haunts me. I can't get a pre approval for a mortgage because of this collection. First Time ever dealing with a debt collector Dennis Miller was very friendly and made it very simple.
i had a debt with this company. Denice Miller was my representative. She was very helpful in helping me find a resolution. I’ve read these reviews and I think frankly these are made up because they don’t want to pay their debt. Facing debts is not a fun experience and people need to realize the staff at their company are just doing what they are hired to do. I looked this company up and they have been in business for over 32 years so they must be good at what they do.
I agree with all about Danielle Ferguson negative reviews. I dont like to generally criticize but I have never seen person like her who company choose to collect the money. She thinks too much about her position and she feel pride in upsetting people who are willing to work and pay. She definitely hold some position to behave nasty as she is.
