i had a debt with this company. Denice Miller was my representative. She was very helpful in helping me find a resolution. I’ve read these reviews and I think frankly these are made up because they don’t want to pay their debt. Facing debts is not a fun experience and people need to realize the staff at their company are just doing what they are hired to do. I looked this company up and they have been in business for over 32 years so they must be good at what they do.

I agree with all about Danielle Ferguson negative reviews. I dont like to generally criticize but I have never seen person like her who company choose to collect the money. She thinks too much about her position and she feel pride in upsetting people who are willing to work and pay. She definitely hold some position to behave nasty as she is.

I can only imagine the negative reviews are based on people upset they owe money. I spoke with Danielle Ferguson, she made sure I had all of the details, and clarified when I asked followup questions. She was very professional. Obviously hope to never have to do work with this company again, but not because of the service.

It’s a scam. They don’t even try to negotiate. They nicely try to bully the “unaware” consumer into paying. Don’t pay!!
